custom avatars

hello, probably been asked a million times, but is there any reason why we cant have our own custom avatars?

never had one myself, but considering i come here more than any other website, i'd like one, that represents me

Been asked a million and one times. The answer has always been "hell no". The look like shit and detract from the forums.

yeah man, the lack of custom avatars is a big plus for me - it makes the site look so much more professional.

On FuseTalk there's no way for admins to control them much further, such as type of image used, and the removal of avatars by the mods. Which may be why the preset avatars are used today than uploaded ones.
