cusl2, det6.18-6.27, winme,geforce sdr shutdown problems

i know its not the m/b problems because when i use 5.33 or under shutdown has no problems,but i guess you can say its related to the m/b in some ways.

okay heres the problem when i use either of the det6.xx i get shutdown problems bsod windows protectin error.say if i turn on the computer and just go to shutdown right away no problem.but if i run q3 or any 3-d games looping for like 20min or so and try to shutdown bsod error's come up.i know it has to do with the det6.xx but is there a way to fix this.this is what i use to do sense i dont have any problems restarting.say i wanna shutdown i would have to restart the computer then go to shutdown which is getting annoying.plz help because theres a hugh performance drop right now while using 5.33 ex.(3dmark2000 5.33=4600 6.27=5400)thats almost a 1000points and quake3 i play 1280x1024 and i need my 60fps back not 49fps

ok,

1) your sblive isn't giving you problems?
2) if the above is true, then try BIOS 1002 final, I like it no probs.
3) if above fails, then reinstall windows (98? win2k?)

sb live dosnt give me no problems.
its for sure not the bios every bios never gave me any problems
when i install win98 i dont get the shutdown problem it has to do with windows me and the det6.xx series drivers because as of right now im using det5.33 and dont have any issues shutsdown correctly.so it has to do with det6.xx and win me+cusl2 problem

okay i guess i cant really do anything about cause luckly i found the det6.16 and i dont have any shutdown problems with that so it bears down to 6.18 and up that im having problems with oh well guess all i can do is cross my fingers and hope the 6.28 will fix shutdown and that mouse thingy
