Does anyone have an extra heatsink with the clips laying around? I broke one of my clips and now have it held on by thermal tape :( for the time being (not very secure, especially with a fan on top). I know a few members here are just removing the original heatsink and adding a different heatsink/fan with thermal compound.

I am willing to take it off your hands, since I just want to add a fan to the original heatsink. Help a fellow member out ;)

it definitely helps cool the chipset, overclocking makes the chipset rather warm -> very hot, as well with the clock multiplier chip (rectangular chip to the right of the dimm slots)

i meant to add the new POLL feature to this thread to see everyone's opinion on this topic.
