CUSL2-C short beep... help!??

Hi,

- CUSL2-C
- P3@933
- 256MB PC133 1pc (Micron)
- GeForce 2 MX (Hercules)
- etc...

I tried to boot without the cables for drives or HD connected.
Nothing appears on the monitor and there's one short beep.

I originally had this with my MSI 694D-AR (single P3).
I can't also boot w/ my MSI so I decided to get CUSL2-C
but the same thing.

Is my processor trashed? Or is it my memory?

I appreciate any input.
Thanks.

I just found out that short beep means successful POST.
But why there's NO VIDEO. Is it my RAM?

I tried everything that was suggested in every Messageboard.
But still the same.

Additional Specs:
- Antec SX830 (300W)
- generic Floppy Drvie
- Maxtor 40G ATA100

The thing is... I'm just trying to POST.
Thank you very much.

if it's the RAM, you get long beeps.

i can't solve the no signal problem, make sure all the connections are sound (cable and card firmly seated)
