CUSL2 Boot-up problems

I am having serious problems with my motherboard. I can't get the system to boot up. It is a brand new install. When it boots, I get a long beep and then one short beep, and then nothing. I get no video. I have tried using both the onboard video and an external AGP card. I have tried different RAM chips, all 133MHz. I hooked up two different keyboards, again nothing. Anyone have similar problems or know how to get out of this mess?
