Will this HSF unit fit on this MB? Also, for overclocking purposes, I need a slotket on my Trinity 400 in order to get the proper AGP divider. Is this not necessary on newer motherboards?

I got a PAL6035 on my CUSL2-C myself.It was a tight fit due to the capacitors in the way to put it on or take it off.I touched the capacitors various times when trying to take it off and on but I havent done damage to it.
