Curved text in gfx programs?

I have a sentence that I want to put around a circle in Photoshop but it makes the letters all distorted... is there another way of doing it (maybe in another program) that doesn't distort the letters? I have many gfx progs... so a tutorial in any will work just fine. Please help!

You can do it in Adobe Illustrator (create a circular path and then add text along the path)
