Curved lines in photoshop?

I need to join two lines, at about a 45º angle , but I need it to be a smooth, rounded "elbow"... Whats the easiest way?

Another method:

In 2 transparent layers, draw the lines of the elbow (1 line in each layer). Move them so that they look the way you want. CTRL-E merge the layers, then CTRL-click the transparent layer. Modify > Smooth (somewhere in the menus).
