CURTIS TV WILL NOT TURN ON

I have a flat screen Curtis tv model LEDVD2488A-B. It has less then 50 hours of use and it will not turn on. My operational manual says if this happens just unplug it wait 1 hour the plug it back turn on. That did not work even now after 3 months it will not turn on. i tried to make sure that both side of the plug was safely grounded and also shorted one to another. this was dome with the tv unplugged and done safely. I’ve tried to find a schematic just to look at what the problem might be. I also tried to get Cutis to respond but got no where. I used to repair the old CRT and tube TV’s so i’m half satisfied that I can get it open and replace parts and test it again but not without a schematic.

If anyone has any information I would appreciate your letting me know.

You need to pursue resolution with Curtis. Assuming you bought it new, its likely still under warranty.

BTW...got any iPads?

I tried to find them but when you do the only speak Chinese. Also We did buy it new about 14 months ago so its out of the Warrantee time. Thanks for your interest in my problem.
