Curtain pulled back on Too Human

People dog this game cuz it has been in development so long but I watched it being played on X-Play tonight and I can't wait man. It seems sweet.

This game looks like it could be fun and entertaining or very, VERY shallow and horrible.

Its got the potential to be Diablo-like, but it also has the potential to be a Diablo-wanna-be-like. 🙂

I'll wait for the reviews.

Hands on Impressions:
Joystiq
Kotaku
360 Fanboy

Common themes:
- Comparisons between Diablo, Devil May Cry 4 and even Mass effect.
- Some stuttering but only during cutscenes when the game is loading levels in the background (just like GoW apparently). If it plays smooth during combat though, that's all that matters.
- The right-thumbstick combat seems to be off-putting. I'm not sure if it is because of the lack of familiarity in an action game like this or if it is truly disconcerting.
- Not much detail on the RPG side of things.

Is it my PC at work or was there stuttering abound in that video? Otherwise this game looks freakin' amazing!

game has some framerate issues it seems, however it looks like they cleaned up the far far away camera problem that plauged this game before. it definitely has some potential.

My friend works for Microsoft, and he's had the game ordered for me since I bought a 360. $25 with company discount whenever it gets released - though it will have a big "MICROSOFT COMPANY PURCHASE" sticker on it. I'm a bit excited.

Are they still using the unreal engine? Or am I thinking of the wrong game.

They are off the Unreal Engine after all the back and forth lawsuits. Using their own custom engine now.
