cursor screws up on second monitor

I noticed where randomly my cursor will be screwed up, but only on 2nd monitor. Like it will turn into wrong cursor type and jsut stay there. In VMware, it will be flashing all over. Basically that monitor becomes unusable as the cursor is so unstable. Then I have to reboot. It's been doing this more and more, anyone ever seen this before?
 
Turns out its a game thats causing that. Whenever I play it it happens, it probably deallowcates certain resources wrong or something.
