Cursor not staying in Window

When playing some games (GTA IV, Skyrim) my cursor will go to my other monitor if I go to far to the left. Any help?
 
If the games are in windowed mode, this is normal. If they are in full screen mode, you might have a third-party mouse driver/app that is causing it.
