cursor going out of bounds on my desktop view..

i just noticed that my mouse cursor is not bound to the desktop view. there's this part of the right edge where the mouse can move out of the desktop view. i just reinstalled a fresh (but old version) of windows XP today, i never noticed this before prior to the installation but im pretty sure i ran the same windows xp.

is it just me or does it occur for somebody else as well??

if your talking about what i think your talking about its by design. it dosen't look like it but the cursor is or is close to a right anfle. some of it has to move off scren for the actual point that does the pointing to get all the way over.

Disable dual monitors. Right click in the middle of your desktop and click properties. Then go to the "settings" tab. Right click the box with the "2" in it then click "attached" then click apply in the bottom right corner. Click ok to close the window and problems no more!

THANK YOU so much Xionide, it was on "extend to my secondary display" on default for some reason, so i unchecked it and it wont go over there anymore lol....i dont even have a secondary display. i thought that only worked if you actually had a secondary display monitor plugged in.

and it makes sense now why the cursor only disappeared on part of the right side of the monitor, because the secondary display was set to a lower resolution so the bottom part was not aligned with my primary display.
