Currently running a pair of 1 GB modules, what's next?

Hi,

I have a Gigabyte 965P-DS3 running 2x1GB of this PC2 5300 memory.

Memory is so cheap now that I want to upgrade. Since Newegg still carries this set, should I add 2 more into the remaining 2 slots?

Or should I upgrade to faster ram? I do a little bit of overclocking E6400. Right now it's at 375x6 = 2250 mhz. Not a huge enthusiast but faster ram would probably mean easier overclocking right?

Anyway, so what should I do? 4x1GB Patriot (to match what I currently have), buy entirely new ram (which modules would you recommend)?

4 x 1 GB Patriot
2 x 2 GB ?
2 x 4 GB ? (not sure if this would be financially viable, I haven't checked on prices)

Thanks for all your help.

2x2GB is much easier on the NB than running 4x1GB. It is significantly harder to get 4x1gb dimms working.

I would sell that set and purchase a 4 GB set as they are ridiculously cheap right now.
