I am looking to build an intel system similar in speed to my 3200+ chip. I am not familar with many of the newer intel chips, so any advice would be great. I don't want to spend a whole lot, so biggest bang for the buck would be ideal.

Also any Mobo ideas would be appreciated too =)

I wouldn't change to Intel unless your amd setup has a problem. I use a 2.8c running at 3.64 on an msi 865pe neo2 LS. I'd skip socket 775 prescotts. They tend to run hotter and perform about the same as socket 478. Also, Intel is trying to limit overclocks on socket 775 to 10%. My setup runs at 48-67 celcius with a stock Intel copper heatsink. I know it's too high, but it's similar to some of the high end prescotts, and I'll be happy if it lasts a year. Also, Intel is changing to 1066 fsb soon, which may require a different board. My next rig will be an athlon 64 with nforce4 motherboard.
