Helping this slow old woman install/fix java, and everytime something pops up she basically reads everything out to me. Her computer also takes about 8 minutes to restart every time.

Gah, shoot me.

Well....there was this chick that called me to kill a spider in her apartment. :p

The longest call I've had the displeasure of taking ran about 45 minutes. Thankfully, my boss just instituted an "email-only" tech support policy so I don't have to deal with that crap anymore and have more time to do website-related stuff.

i had like 2.5 hours with sprint...

i first called from my cell phone and that was like 10 minutes, and it didnt have speaker phone, so i said screw this and tried on my home phone...after 2.5 hours i called on my cell phone while still on hold, they picked up in 5 minutes this time saying if they have cell phone callers and regular callers, they always take the cell phone first no matter how long the other person has been on hold

My longest was a relay call. It took almost 3 hours. Note, a relay call is one with a deaf person. They type in everything. This message is received by someone between them and myself. They read out the response. They than type out everything that I say back to them. It's extremely tedious.
