I find AMD's naming convention to be entertaining. I took some time the past couple of days to add up all of the different AMD Sempron and Athlon 64 processors released in the Socket 754 to AM2 packages. If anyone has anything to add or see bad logic in the theoreticals (marked with a lead asterick), please let me know. This is not a perfect compilation, its merely for entertainment and to show just how vast the AMD lineup has become since the introduction of the Athlon 64. For Sempron I tried to list 1.4GHz - 2.2GHz and for Athlon 64 its 1.6GHz to upwards of 3.0GHz for the newest lines.
