curious on rebate

I'm thinking of picking a set to replace my existing noname 2.1 setup (I usually stick to headphones). I was wondering if anyone had any experience with rebates from either bestbuy or from Logitech that might keep me away from this set of bad boys.

direct link to rebate if it looks good and not out of date i'll probably jump on it but i've never used a rebate before so i would hate to miss something
 
I bought a 150 DVD/50 CD spindle at Best Buy on Black Friday last year for $3 AR. The rebate came through. In fact, the past 8 rebates I've submitted all came through. With my luck, I think I'd go for it.
