Anyone know what eye bee tee ell is, and why its a banned word?

It stands for "In Before The Lock," and too many juvenile members with no self control would post it and bump threads that should otherwise be locked or just ignored so they fell off the forum. That just bumped good threads further down.

He's right. Neffing is appropriate because nef ends in vowel-consonant, so another consonant is needed if adding a vowel at the end..
