Is there any hard drive manufacturer that does not ship out recertified hard drives for a replacement when your hard drive you bought new fails during warranty ?
If you have a kingston SSD, If the drive fails within two years of it's three year warranty, you get a new drive. After the two year mark you get a refurbished drive. Kingston also pays for the drive to be shipped back to them.

Nope.
Though, one person claims that they have gotten back a new HD.
