Curious as to the point of "view forum polls"

Same here, but I figured sooner or later they'd either get rid of it or do something with it. I guess they like to take up space.
 
There are have been numerous threads about this. There used to be a few Forum Polls back in the day but not in the last year and a half or so.

I think that originally they were going to have 1 poll a month but it never really happened since they forgot or were busy.

There was even talk of the forum users submitting poll ideas and the AT Staff choosing one every month but that never happened either. It's too bad also because it could have been kinda cool I guess.
