Curious about Future Dual P4 & DDR

Just figured I would ask here, I know there is a Dual Xeon P4 chip out now, but Isnt the next generation of the P4 comming out in the fall? Foster was it? I am just curious if this is true, and will they be releasing a new Xeon at that time.

Also - would DDR Boards be in use then as well on the workstation level
