Curious about BIOS settings, what do these do?

Or better yet, what is the best setting? Is there a thread that already covers these? Or an article? All the sites I could find are rather outdated. Some of them I know, but others not sure about. guesses are in parenthesis.

Spread Spectrum
C.I.H. 4-way protection
Video Bios Shadow (off right? doesn't make a difference?)
AGP Aperture Size (assume 64 is enough for most modern systems. slower needs larger?)
AGP Fast Write (enabled ?)
AGP Master 1 WS write (enabled ?)
AGP Master 1 WS read (enabled?)
AGP Post write (disabled?)

PCI master 0 ws write
PCI post write
PCI delay transaction

system bios cachable
video ram chacheable

ide prefetch mode

anyone have a link to what these should be? again a lot of them i know, but others not sure of (like agp post write). thankee much.

There was a thread a while back that mentioned that Rojakpot's site was receiving DOS attacks and had set up the linked page as a temporary site in the mean time, until they could get their other ones back up and I happened to bookmark it just in case.
