curcial pc1600 overclockable to pc2100 ?

I am looking to build a DDR system with an asus A7M and the only problem right now seems to be that pc2100 is in short supply and when it is available is 2x the price of pc1600 ram. According to some reports on the web crucial pc1600 ram seems to be overclockable to pc2100 and I was wondering if anyone here can personally confirm this and does this run stable ?
