Cumulative Win7 updates

Random question. I've been using OS X almost exclusively for about a year now, so I'm quite out of the Win7 loop. I just installed a Win7 VM on my Mac. The last time I did a clean install, I remembered having to go through several rounds of reboots, update downloads, and update installations. I don't want to deal with that. So I found the standalone Win7 SP1 package and installed that update. It looks like we're not too far away from an official SP2, but is there any unofficial cumulative update that I can download instead? Or am I stuck waiting for SP2?
