Cumulative Online Racing Game

Are there any online racing games that actually let you cumulate stuff like experience, level, money, assets etc? Unlike Need For Speeds that let you cheat and get the top end car then race other people just for fun. As far as I know, Motor City Online was the only one, which existed for a little bit a while ago, which required a $10 monthly fee.
 
Trackmania Nations is a free game with stats recording. (It's free to download and free to play onlike, you can get it from www.nzone.com I believe) You get points based on how well you do, but it's not like a regular racing game.
You can then move up the board for your country/the world by competing in time trial races and doing well.
It's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.
 
Man, I still miss MCO. Great game, played if for over a year. Too bad it was a victim of EA's online housecleaning after The Sims Online flopped.
