I've seen these "Computer Upgrade King" laptops listed at Amazon.com before, usually for fairly exorbitant prices.
They generally have upgraded RAM and SSDs. In fact, I've done that with a number of my laptops as well, haven't sold them (yet) though.
The CPU in this laptop was introduced in 2014, so it's a bit older. It's a Steamroller core / Kaveri APU, so it doesn't have the improvements present in the newer Carizzo laptops. OTOH, it's only $279.99 with 8GB of RAM and an SSD. Which is what most people only need.
Probably a decent runabout laptop, or good for kids or older parents for Facebook.
Win7 Pro pre-installed, with a license for Win8.1 Pro.
I figure that this is close to what it would cost you to buy the laptop for $200 with 4GB RAM and a 500GB HDD, and then upgrade to 8GB and a 120GB SSD yourself.
Edit: ShellShocker on the 120GB SSD model is OVER, so its price is $313.xx, but the 250GB SSD model is STILL on sale for $299.99.
