im looking at a couple of thier convection toaster ovens..i was really impressed by the one my friend has.
is it worth the premium? or are the other less expensive but just as good brands for kitchen appliances.

Cuisinart make an excellent product and stands behind their product too. My mom has Cuisinart stuff from way back when that still works as good as the day she bought it. I think they bought all their Cuisinart merchandise from Hudsons.

Yeah, they make high quality stuff. Their cooking appliances don't have hot spots that can cause burning and other problems, and they tend to last forever. My mom still has her Cuisinart food processor from 1986, and her stainless steel pans from 1985 (they still look new!).
