Cuisenart Coffee Bean Grinder

this one

i've had mine for about a month and its a great little appliance. It is quiet, grinds well, and is very easy to clean. The only draw back is that you have to grind a minimum quantity of beans before you get a good even grind....its not much, but more than you would use for just 4 cups worth of coffee. This however is off set by the fact that the grinder comes with a lid so you can seal unused coffee in the grinder hopper for use the next day. I actually will grind 3 days worth ahead of time now and its worked out great.

I had a Bosch, but after 10 years it finally died. Then I bought a cheap black and decker and it died after 5 months.

3 days ahead? jeez, you like your coffee stale

lol, you're clueless.

no way, i only drink my coffee with freshly ground beans. ground in a mortor and pestle. it's the only way to get the delicious flavor of the bean. otherwise, you might as well drink maxwell house.

okay. you're joking. nevermind.

A burr grinder would be better than that blade type, less heat from the motor transfers to the bean when grinding in a burr grinder. Mortar and peslte, well, it takes a while longer than a burr grinder.
