HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THIS BOARD FOR TWO DAYS WILL BOOT WINDOWS THEN IF SELECT REBOOT WILL LOCK UP IF SELECT SHUT DOWN ALL IS WELL. WILL GO TO HARDWARE MONITOR IN BIOS ALL IS FINE THEN VOLTAGES GO WACKY. HAS ANYONE SEEN THIS OR IS MY BOARD DEFECTIVE. IM ABOUT TO GIVE UP ON THIS ONE
 
Do you like the hold shift or use the caps lock key, or are you just a really big newbie?

As for your problem.. never seen that. Probably defective.
 
SBILEK,you should really post this in the motherboard forum,someone there will help you.Also don`t post in full caps.
