Cubot Phone works on At&t?

Need a smart phone under $300. The Nexus 4 is not coming into stock for several weeks from what I hear. I found this phone on amazon and it almost looks like an S3 for half the price. I don't care that it doesn't come with LTE I just want a phone under $300. Would this work on At&t network?

It'll work on AT&T but I don't think your experience will be comparable to an S3 at all.

Its not near the S3 at all. Its 512MB of ram is a FAR CRY from the 2GB of ram that the S3 comes with.

Yes, it probably would work, but it would still be a huge mistake to get one. Besides the slightly bigger/higher-res screen, the guts are worse than a S*2* (slow dual-core A9, 512mb RAM, only 4gb flash storage!). And support? Fugheddaboutit.

If your budget is $300 and you can't wait, get this or this (HSPA+ only) or this (LTE)... but don't get a KIRF phone.
