I am using a 2600+ processor in my Antec Aria case. With a thermalright heatsink and an 80mm antec fan on it, it runs at 60C on my Soyo K7VME board, hotter on the hot summer days without AC.

How are yours running?
 
Yours sounds high. The Sudhian.com forums are good for info on sff rigs. Most stuff I've read there say that mid 50's C at load is normal for a lot of AMD based sff rigs.
