CTXfiHlp MFC Application has stopped working

Everytime I turn my computer on, or restart, once I log into windows I get this error message pop up:

Anyone know what this is?

Creative Labs Xi-Fi (or similar) Help program.

You can redo your Sound drivers or disable it - non critical.

Oh ok, I just disabled it and it has not come back. Thanks.
