CTRL Panel - 'Add/Remove Programs' not working

I discovered this today (no error msgs, just nothing happens when you click the icon), and the only changes I've done to my system is installation of a program called StylesXP (change WinXP visual styles). But since I can't uninstall that I don't know what to do. I have tried to do a system-restore, but that was unsuccessful.
Any ideas?

There's a program called Add/Remove Plus, which does the same thing as Add/Remove Programs in the control panel. You can probably find it on download.com. I'm not sure how you can fix the windows Add/Remove programs thing.
