CSS not working on website in Mozilla

Still no dice. Here's how the file was on my hard drive

<link rel= "stylesheet" href= "chaotic42.css" type= "text/css" />

Why Mozilla wants to put the space after the quotation mark is beyond me. Thanks for the help though. It works when I view it locally, by the way.
