CSS/HTML: Anyone know why the pixels don't line up on this in Opera?

Opera renders the CSS differently then other browsers. I think either it, or the other big names don't follow WC3 standards I cannot remember. I am sure the forums on their site has some info on it.

I figured it out...I needed to put this in the code to force IE6 into W3C compliance:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

good work... I still can't get my css sites to work right with mozilla/other browsers. i've tried making things percentages instead of pixel perfectness and it's better than it used to be, but I just CAN'T get it to view exactly the same in all browsers. What a pain in the ass.
