CSS: how do colored form buttons show up on MacOS?

in Windows, they show up just like normal form buttons except they're colored

how does MacOS do it? does it support colored buttons?

No colored scroll bars, either. IE supports colored text boxes, but IE for Mac is crap.

is form button formatting an IE specific thing?

Just use Safari. IE for Mac blows, as you said.
