or you can get homesite 4.5 and it comes with topstyle light...you still need to know how to code for a stylesheet though...and you need to know if you are doing inline or spanned...spanned is better for most people...


Also, stop using Dreamweaver...it just sucks 😉
 
I agree with Intake77 that CSS are easier to write using notepad than Dreamweaver or Frontpage or any of those other programs. It's fairly easy to learn how to make them, and I would suggest looking around the web for some tutorials or something like that. Once you learn how to make CSS using notepad, it will take no time at all to write one up for a page.
