CSA Mac layout on PC

Hi, I'm using MacOSX now and each time I go on my PC at home or at work, I need to adjust to the "right" keyboard layout. I would like to know if there is such a thing as "French Canadian - CSA" layout that is installable on Windows XP.

Or, is there a "Canada (Canadian French)" layout installable on Mac?

System Prefs > International > Input Menu tab > Canadian French CSA
