CS1.3 and HL 1.1.0.8 out now!!!!!

Do we need to get HL 1.1.0.8 inorder to run the new version of CS? Or do we just have to get CS1.3?
 
The other way round, there is a patch for CS retail, but no patch for the mod version. Currently out are the HL v1.1.0.7 to v1.1.0.8 patch, and the CS retail v1.0.0.2 to v1.0.0.3 patch.
 
I have all the dedicated server parts, including cs 1.3 for linux. I'm waiting for Cs 1.3 client and HL1108 client.

If you can use newsgroups, alt.binaries.half-life has both of the upgrade files for Half-Life, I haven't seen the file for CS retail upgrade though
 
So far, the servers that I have been to have been laggy and unstable. Few have upgraded anyway, I could only get 90 TFC servers. Scoreboard change is nice, but some people got stuck on the scoreboard and had to restart HL, D'oh!

But, eh..whatever. The VoiceCom feels like a public beta for TF2, but it will make all the super-cool CS clans happy, now they can bitch and whine out loud. CS is a dumping ground for TF2 stuff, but that's a different thread altogether.
 
Well by the time I find a faster site I will have gotten 1.3 at 6KB. I have the valve update which I found earlier this morning as well as the retail version update. I would upload it to anyone's mirror but my uploads are only 128k

That is the HL update not the CS mod update.
