CS source, half-life 2: Cannot connect to master server

I get the above error when I launch Half-life 2 death match or cs source. just installed.

I turned off comodo pro (firewall)
I turned off windows firewall
I opened ports 27000 27020 UDP
27020 27050 TCP
1200 UDP

same error: cannot connect to get master server list when I click on find servers.

Well, looks like you already tried all the solutions I could find googling or think of. I could have sworn it's due to the firewall. I found a solution here (scroll down to the 4th post):

I'm not too sure it'll work, but you might want to give it a shot.

i had a problem like this b4 and i had to log into my router and change some weird setting called dmz

putting a computer in the dmz essentially fully removes the computer from the router's firewall. this really isn't a wise choice. however, if it does fix the problem, that suggests to me that the issue can probably be solved with port forwarding

I'm having the same problem too but TF2/L4D works fine.
