My CS server is telling me that models/w_battery.mdl is missing... But I looked in my client, and its not there either. And the client works perfectly. So.... Does anyone have a clue as to what I should try to do?

Good lord... there seems to be alot of files that didn't get installed. The CS13full file is 100.4 mb too. Which is how large it should be, weird...
