CS server crashing

Athlon Tbird 1.4ghz
256MB DDR ram
RadeonLE
ECS K7S5A Mobo

My problem:
I Run a CS listenserver sometimes, and approximately 1 hour after i start it, it crashes. I havn't noticed whether or not it does this every time, but it's only done this about 3 times, I think. What could be the problem? I have Admin Mod, CSGuard, and a bunch of plugins installed.
It's never crashed when I'm just playing on someone else's server, so I would assume that it has something to do with running the server. Perhaps running a server takes more processing power or something... I don't know... so yeah, anyone have a solution to this strange problem?
