I have a celeron D @ 2.93ghz, 512mb ram, and a 9800se unlocked to 8pipes with 128bit memory interface. It seems no matter what settings I choose I'm stuck at ~25-30 fps. Is it my cpu limiting me? Since the minimum requirement for source is a 1.2ghz cpu, I really like to think that a 2.93ghz celeron -should- do better than 30fps.
EDIT: nevermind...i figured it out. ATI tray tools was forcing full AA/AF
