CS:S players and fast servers went bye bye.

There used to be many under 100ms with plenty of people playing at CS:S. Occasionally, there would be BOTs, well, maybe not occasionally. Seems like you had to play at specific times to get a server without BOTs.

But now there are barely any servers under 100ms. And most of them, if not all, over 100ms are occupied by BOTs. What gives? Any of you experiencing this as well?

I gave it a thought that it could be my internet connection, you know Verizon. But then when I checked out DOD:S, plenty of servers were available. Weird.

yea, plenty of servers, it's just your internet connection, maybe it's crowded these days...anyways, if your complaining about the bots, right click where the icons on the server thing is and check bots, this way, you'll know which servers has bots, which don't. Problem solved.

yea, i get like 19~ping or so at times with many servers..there are loads. somethings odd with ur isp

Try changing your DNS Server, maybe some loaded routers in between your hops.

same here vian. 5-10 servers under 100 then it jumps up to 200-800 for the rest although they ping almost normal when you join them.

Make sure your filter is not under non-secure servers, that is where all the bad servers are
