CS:S performance

I only just realized the other day while playing CS:S.. I get unbelievably high FPS on it. I'm talking the lowest it hits is 80, but it gets as high as 200+. I am at max settings.

I didn't notice this until someone was complaining that they were getting low fps(60) and wondered what other people were getting. I knew the stress test gave me 100fps average, but I didn't realize I was hitting so high in-game!
