Well I run PunkBuster when I need to.
Obviously PB does nothing if the server isn't running it.. and the servers I play on (8 CS servers by my cable ISP... solid 25-30 ping on all... beautiful) have recently STOPPED using PB....I guess its become less and less effective since they've stopped updating it and theres been a new CS/HL patch.

I love CS.... but I wont play competitively... as in clans.... because of the cheating. Arg.. such an amazing game ruined by a$$holes.
