How do i get this display up?

cl_showfps 1 in the console

The netgraph also displays the frame rate, as well as the ping, current traffic and such informations. Toggle it using the command net_graph X, with X being 0 to deactivate it and X being 1 to 5 to set graph's mode.
Note that the most modes are quite a strain on the CPU and tend to drop FPS, so use the text-only mode (3, I think) if you don't want that.

net_graph 3 i feel is the best.. shows packet loss and packet chokes along with FPS...

net_graph 2 causes a drop in FPS but has a cool graph looking thing

oh yeah and type all of these in the console.. use the ~ button next to the 1 key

well thanks guys, i think they will be ok for my 1ghz CPU
