CS FPS issues... makes me angry

Ok so my current setup is as follows

P4 3.0ghz
1.2gigs of ram
XFX 5900xt 128mb video card

I've tried current detonators, omega, and forcewear

and i cant for the LIFE of me get 99.99 fps, it always fluxuates... annoys the piss out of me

what can I do? or do you have any advice?

I dont fully understand, you're just trying to get 99.99 FPS, or where you just reffering to a contant smooth frame rate? Have you tried updating your chipset drivers? Are you overclocking?

war, just trying to get a CONSTANT fps, so i dont have to adjust my stupid shots

when its laggy meaning low fps then high fps, i have to adjust my shots its fooking werid


to answer your question i want "SMOOOTH'

NO OCing, just stock, updating chipset, might work?
