CS drop box using tilde key?

Is there a drop box hack for CS using the tilde key for voting on maps and such? If not how do you vote for maps and against players and such?

Uh? do you mean the console??? It's not a hack the tilde key is binded to console by default. If thats not it I have no idea what you are talking about.

When I hit the tilde key while in a game, while people are voting for maps, ect., I do not get anything. No console comes up, I get nothing.

You must have the retail version. I believe they have a patch to give you the tilde access

you can create a shortcut to counterstrike to make the console available it's something like
this~~~~~~>hl.exe -game cstrike -console

If you're using a retail version, make a shortcut to x:\SIERRA\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe -console

if the server is using admin-mod they can set it up so u just type
"vote de_dust" into the chat.
